Our Thoughts are with......

3-4-10  Wray passes along the following...

Sad news to report to everyone.  I received a call from Lisa Fisher today, Carole's daughter, who informed me that Carole had not been feeling well for about a week.  She went to her regular doctor on Monday.  He put her in the Waukesha Memorial right away.  They did an MRI and found a mass on her brain.  Surgery was yesterday where they removed the tumor.  They won't know for awhile if it was malignant.  She is in ICU now at Wauk Mem. with no visitors.  The surgery went well, she is resting comfortably but unknown prognosis at this time.

Please keep Carole and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

3/6/10 Update

On Friday, March 5, Carole was released from the hospital and transferred to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin "Pro Health Care", 1625 Coldwater Creek Dr., Waukesha WI, 53188, Room #207, 262-521-8800.  She is not receiving visitors or phone calls at this time, but when she is, it will be posted on this site.  Having been transferred from the hospital to a rehab facility is definitely a good sign of progress.

From Tony Bacich's wife:

Just wanted to let you know Tony was finally released from the hospital on Friday and we drove up north that night.  The good news is that all the tests revealed no major issues and new medication has his blood pressure under better control.  Damage from the stroke was minimal.  He remains weak tho, and again must use a walker to get about.  Hopefully this too will get better in the coming weeks.
We talked this morning about how he keeps dodging bullets.  Thanks to the support of friends, family and perhaps divine intervention he will survive, allbeit, a little battered.
Hopefully this will be the last email I'll have to send about him for awhile.  Thanks for all your support.
